Our Commitment

CoPet, developed by Traxrift Pty Ltd, has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We are committed to keeping children safe and to preventing, detecting, and responding to any content or conduct that endangers minors. These standards apply to every user of CoPet worldwide.

1. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly forbidden on CoPet and will result in immediate account termination and, where required, referral to law enforcement:

  • Creating, sharing, requesting, or soliciting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualised content involving minors.
  • Grooming, enticement, or any attempt to sexually exploit, abuse, or endanger a child.
  • Using the AI to generate, describe, or roleplay sexual content involving minors.
  • Sharing links, contact details, or any material that facilitates the abuse or exploitation of children.

2. Safety Standards

CoPet is intended for adults and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We design our AI systems and moderation processes to prevent the generation and distribution of CSAE content. Our AI models are configured to refuse and block requests that involve the sexualisation or endangerment of minors, and we continuously review and improve these safeguards.

3. Reporting & Moderation

CoPet allows users to report child safety concerns directly within the app. Reports are reviewed by our team, and we take prompt action on violations, including removing content and suspending or terminating offending accounts. We encourage anyone who encounters content that may endanger a child to report it immediately.

4. Reporting to Authorities

When we identify apparent child sexual abuse material or credible threats to a child's safety, we report to the relevant regional and national authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and, where applicable, the Australian Centre to Counter Child Exploitation (ACCCE) and other competent authorities, in accordance with applicable law.

5. Legal Compliance

CoPet complies with all relevant child safety laws in the jurisdictions in which it operates, and aligns with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and the broader requirements for combating online child sexual abuse and exploitation. We maintain a designated point of contact who is able to speak to our CSAM prevention practices and compliance.
