CoPet is your virtual AI pet app, developed by Traxrift Pty Ltd. By accessing or using CoPet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not use the app.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use CoPet. When you create an account you agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account. You may delete your account at any time from within the app or via our website.

2. Use Licence

Permission is granted to download one copy of CoPet per device for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a licence, not a transfer of title, and under this licence you may not:

  • Modify or copy the app or its materials;
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display;
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in CoPet;
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials;
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

This licence terminates automatically if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Traxrift Pty Ltd at any time.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CoPet for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts, to interfere with or disrupt the service, or to attempt to extract, scrape, or reproduce the underlying AI models, prompts, or datasets.

4. Purchases and Virtual Items

CoPet offers optional purchases, including coin packs and other virtual items, through the Apple App Store and Google Play, and through our website using our payment provider, Stripe. Coins and other virtual items are a limited, revocable licence to use those items inside CoPet. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not transferable.

Except where required by law or by the refund policy of the store you purchased through, purchases are non-refundable. Prices may change at any time.

5. AI-Generated Content

CoPet should be considered a game-type NPC. It is designed for entertainment purposes and should not be taken seriously. The advice provided by CoPet does not constitute professional advice and should not be used for making decisions. Traxrift Pty Ltd is not responsible for any actions taken based on interactions with the AI.

6. Disclaimer

The materials and services in CoPet are provided on an 'as is' basis. Traxrift Pty Ltd makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, Traxrift Pty Ltd does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials in the app, on its website, or on any sites linked to this site.

7. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Traxrift Pty Ltd or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, harm to persons or property, loss of data, loss of profit, or disruption of business operations arising out of the use or inability to use CoPet, even if Traxrift Pty Ltd or a Traxrift Pty Ltd authorised representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

This includes any advice given by the AI that could lead to harmful, illegal, or life-threatening actions. Users interact with CoPet at their own risk.

8. Termination

Traxrift Pty Ltd may suspend or terminate your access to CoPet if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

10. Modifications

Traxrift Pty Ltd may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be published in the app or on our website with an updated version number and effective date. By continuing to use this app you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms of Service.
